Star Wars, Duel of the Fates

I can finally announce that a few months back I got to work on a prequel comic for the Phantom menace. It stars Darth Maul before he is revealed to Qui-Gonn and Anakin before the Jedi find him.

It is released on Feb 2nd in Ireland and the UK.
I really enjoyed this one. Think it is some of my best work. Bit of a dream project and I loved drawing the characters in my own style. (Even though I love the clone wars books too of course)

Little Peek at last nights drawing

Last night was great for me. Why? Because I finally set up a second workspace. I now have my regular one in my dedicated studio with the Cintiq 24HD, and now I have the 12WX downstairs in the TV room. A lot of times I feel like doodling away while being sociable, and normally, come 6pm, the urge to hang out with the guys takes over. So now, I can do so while drawing away, hopefully upping my productivity to 2 1/2 maybe even 3pgs a day.
