Eighty Awesome Eighties Action Heroes #6 Marty McFly

Some of you may notice that this is just a port of a recent pic that I did over at the Micks blog. But hey, I'm on holidays and I liked this pic so I wanted to include it in the group.
I watched the trilogy again before drawing this. Such a fun group of movies

Eighty Awesome Eighties Action Heroes #5 Indiana Jones

Easily one of my favourite movie series of all time. Indiana Jones holds up as a series as much as it does for kids as it does for adults which is a rare thing. I really enjoy drawing Harrison Ford. I drew him recently enough over at the Micks blog as Han Solo.
Luckily while drawing this I was up at Stephen Mooneys studio so I had the full resources of his costume and premium format Sideshow Indy Statue. Roll on Indy 6

Eighty Awesome Eighties Action Heroes #4 Westley The Princess Bride

I think I need to watch this movie again. My main memories of it are that Andre the Giant in it. This was quite fun to do. its almost like you throw up a skeletal figure then go have fun with draping the really loose clothing over it. This is the first of two commissions, I cannot wait to do the next character, hes one of my favourites, so much so that Im getting a friend to pose for me in his replica costume so that I can get the pic right.
Four down.. Seventy Six to go!

Eclectic Micks Signing

Bit short notice for this one (thats my fault) But a bunch of the Micks will be signing at Forbidden Planet on Friday next the 10th of December from 5 to 7. If you are in the area, and if you can beat your way in through the snow, then I hope you can make it.

Eighty Awesome Eighties Action Heroes #3 Murtough Lethal Weapon

Interesting Fact: I said my first swear word while watching Lethal Weapon. It just came out, there was nothing I could do about it much to the dismay of my Dad.
I can't decide if I'm going to do Riggs or not.
The next two characters have been picked as commissions for the price of, yep, you guessed it, Eighty Dollars!
